Pre-Registration is REQUIRED at this LINK WHO: Rock Climbing & Archery open to youth 5 years of age and older. Priority will be given to Scouts who could not get into the Nov. 1 Archery & Rock-Climbing Adventure.
COST: FREE for qualifying Pack 1 Scouts and non-Scout Friends/Guests (see below for more details)
Indoor Rock Climbing
All gear is provided
Basecamp requires at least 1 Adult Partner per 3 youth climbers. (i.e. One Pack 1 parent can chaperone -- and belay -- up to 3 youth climbers)
Basecamp staff will provide belay training at the start of each session. Adults and youth ages 15+ can be trained to belay.
Adult partners are not required to pay but need to register so they are in the total person count.
Indoor Archery
Bows and arrows are provided
Basecamp will provide a Rangemaster to run the indoor archery range
Cost (includes Climbing & Archery):
FREE for Pack 1 Scouts who bring a non-Scout Friend. And FREE for the Friends/Guests of Pack 1 Scouts (2 friend-invites per Scout). Pack 1 Parents/Guardians must separately register their own Scout(s) and each friend invited.
$10.00 for Pack 1 Scouts who do not bring a non-Scout Friend.
FREE for one (1) Parent/Guardian who will help belay youth climbers, but will not climb Parents/Guardians must separately register themselves, their own Scout(s), and each friend invited.
$10 for Adult Partners who will be helping belay youth climbers and will also be climbing. Parents/Guardians must separately register themselves, their own Scout(s), and each friend invited.
