To attend Camp and participate
in all scheduled activities, Scouts and/or youth guests must bring completed
and parent-signed copies of the
Consent & Health Form & Shooting Range Consent forms available for download via the linked buttons above.
Any Scout or youth guest
who will be accompanied at Camp
by an Approved Adult Chaperone
other than a parent or legal guardian
must also bring a completed and parent-signed copy of the Chaperone Permission Form available for download viathe linked button above.
